When I was working on the Interface for the Window I had a thought "I want to create a Character Generator, why am i putting in a single Action?" so i've decided to remove Actions from the main Interface but i am leaving them in the Code so the original Scene can use them.
As for the replacement i've come up with a sizeable List of everything which i can think of that i want to put in for the Character Generator.
- Eye and Hair Colour
I want to be able to create a Generator which creates everything down to the last detail, i might even delve into Hair Styles later on.
- Clothing: Jacket, Shirt, Pants, Shoes, Gloves, Hat, Eye Ware
Clothing is going to have to be a large part of the Generator, first i'll create the Profession and depending on the profession the Clothing will be relevant towards it eg. Chestplate for Warriors, Robes for Healers etc.
All Characters need a personality, i will replace the Moods with Personalities. these will range from Adventurous, Fair, Observant, Intelligent or even Cowardly
- Town of Origin
This will work much like the Generation of Names, but i would like to go into more Detail, instead of there just being a Name i would like there to be a population number or Lord of the Town. this will just expand on the RP aspect.
- Brief Bio
I want the Character to have a backstory, not something too complex, but something like this "Urist Snowflake grew up in Goldenhold, he left there to pursue his future as a Smithy, he has no Family and has a great skill in Mining". but i want to have several templates to be chosen randomly to give it more variation.
Hopefully this has shed light on some of the aspects i'm working/planning to work on now and in the near future.
like with previous additions i'll be posting on my Blog to update on how things are changing and ho wi'm editing the ideas.
